Privacy notice
Two different things happen on this site: a browser-only £/kWp calculator that sends us nothing, and a consent-based enquiry form that feeds the central MoreLeadz lead system.
What the enquiry form asks for
The form itself only needs a name, a postcode, one contact method and an optional short message; payment details or other sensitive personal information should not be entered. Using the website at all may also generate the ordinary technical security logs Cloudflare produces.
Inside the calculator
Whatever you type into the calculator — price, kWp, the scope checklist — stays in your browser and is processed there only; none of it is uploaded, stored on a server or sent to an installer, and it disappears the moment you refresh or leave the page.
Consent and what it is used for
Everything you submit is used to record, review and match your request with installers, and the form will not accept a submission until its consent box has been ticked — it is unticked by default.
Where it is kept
Enquiries sit in the central MoreLeadz Cloudflare D1 database, reachable only through the protected operational dashboard. We do not use that data to build advertising audiences. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to track aggregated visitor usage, which sets a small number of analytics cookies; that usage data is kept separate from your enquiry details.
What happens to it next
Submitting the form adds your enquiry to MoreLeadz; it does not, by itself, send your details to any particular installer — any onward handling from there is managed through the lead dashboard.
Correcting or deleting your enquiry
Quote the short reference you were given after submission and use the complaints and corrections route to ask the website operator to locate, correct or delete it. Formal operator identity and contact details will follow as part of the owner's separate compliance process.
