Solar Panel Price Check checks factual corrections against named sources and lets you request an enquiry deletion — here is what each route needs from you.

Correcting a factual claim

Any correction is checked against the best available source first — MCS, RECC, GOV.UK or the Competition and Markets Authority — and a material accuracy issue is prioritised over everything else on this list. What we will not do is change a statement that is accurate simply because it is commercially inconvenient.

Fixing or removing an enquiry

If it is your submitted enquiry that needs correcting or deleting, use the contact route and, where you have it, quote the short reference shown on the confirmation page.

Making either kind of complaint

Whichever you are raising, identify the URL or enquiry reference concerned, explain the problem, and say what outcome you are looking for; leave out any unrelated sensitive personal information.
